Board Meeting 2019-2020

Dear Kendall Breeze, East Homeowners,

We would like to share with you the points discussed in our meeting of September 27th, 2019:

1.Budget: The 2019-2020 was approved. Homeowners will continue to pay $80.00 per month.

2. Election of Board. Quorum was not met; therefore, elections could not take place. The board continues unchanged.

3.Procedure for Delinquent Accounts: At 30 days a friendly reminder will be sent. At 60 days a stern demand letter will be sent, at 90 days the account will be sent to the attorney for collections. All attorneys’ fees and costs are the responsibility of the homeowner.

4.Perimeter Wall Maintenance:  The outside wall will be repaired. All repairs inside the homeowner’s yards are the homeowner’s responsibility.

5.Fences: To enhance our community all outer fences will be painted, black fox. If the homeowners prefer to paint themselves, they will need to do so before October 31st.

6.Mailboxes: The mailboxes are a sore eye in our community. They have been hit by cars and some have been knocked down. The mailboxes may be replaced with 16 mailbox units, or each homeowner will need to replace their mailbox the homeowner’s expense. The benefit of the 16 mailbox units is that they will pe placed where cars won’t hit them. Each homeowner will have a key; therefore, mail will be more secure.

7.Parking concerns: Homeowners have complained that vehicles are being parked on the road and on the grass. The Rules and Regulations clearly prohibit parking on any common area such as the roads or any grass areas including the homes gardens. PLEASE BE ADVISED CARS PARKED ON THE ROAD, ON THE GREEN AREAS OR ON ANY COMMON AREA WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.

8. Signs on gardens: No signs may be placed on any common areas, that includes the homes gardens. Please remove ALL signs from your lawn.
